PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PEMBAYARAN TAGIHAN AIR PAMSIMAS BERDASARKAN PEMULIHAN BIAYA PENUH BERBASIS WEBSITE (Studi Kasus: Pengelolaan Layanan Air Warga Desa Dermaji Kabupaten Banyumas)

The Community-Based Water Supply and Sanitation Program (PAMSIMAS) is one of the mainstay programs of the central government that uses a community-based approach, where the community is the main actor and at the same time responsible for the implementation of activities and aims to increase the number of facilities in communities that are not served by clean water. In water services, management fees or water tariffs from the community are required to cover the basic costs incurred so that a full cost recovery condition is reached. Good management is needed such as the payment of water bills every month. One of them is the village of Dermaji, which is currently a community that has regularly paid water bills. But the system that is running in the village of Dermaji is still done by recording in a ledger so that when processing bill payment data and entering customer data requires quite a long time, there is no archive of payment bills the previous month, officers have difficulty when they want to know the history of the amount debit used the previous month. Therefore, the researchers made an information system for pamsimas water bill payment information based on a full website-based cost recovery to facilitate officers in managing water bills. System development method used is the waterfall method. The results of this study are website-based water bill payment information systems, it is hoped this system can help officers in managing citizens' water services better.
