PT. Majapura is a company processing veneer wood or processing round wood in the form of a lunch box. In carrying out the business process there are obstacles, namely the frequent occurrence of delays in delivery caused by systems that have existing system errors that cannot be connected so that production planning cannot be passed on to the production admin so that it takes longer than the scheduled time. Of course this is not in accordance with the company's vision and mission to provide high-quality and timely products to satisfy the needs of our customers all over the world. This study discusses the evaluation of information technology governance with the aim of measuring the level of information technology governance capabilities.
