EVALUASI KUALITAS PERANGKAT LUNAK SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN RUMAH SAKIT (SIMRS) MENGGUNAKAN STANDARD ISO/IEC 25010:2011 (Studi Kasus : Rumah Sakit Dadi Keluarga Purwokerto)

The success of an information technology in the agency can be seen whether it is in accordance with the expectations and interests and goals of the users of the agency. Dadi Keluarga Purwokerto General Hospital is a public hospital that serves the community in the health sector with the vision of "Having the Best and Quality Health Services". The discussion in this study is more focused on evaluating the quality of information systems used in the Dadi Keluarga Purwokerto General Hospital, namely the hospital management information system (SIMRS) using the standard ISO / IEC 25010: 2011 framework and WebQEM. Web Quality Evaluation Method (WebQEM) is a method to evaluate the quality of a website-based application, where this method assesses the five aspects in ISO / IEC 25010: 2011, namely functional suitability, usability, reliability, performance efficiency, and maintainability. This study aims to determine the level of quality of SIMRS, whether it is feasible to use .. Based on the results of the research obtained that the overall validity test on all variables is valid, the reliability test results obtained at 0.555 with sufficient criteria, and the feasibility test results obtained on functional suitability percentage variable is 80.13%, usability percentage is 81.73%, reliability variable percentage is 82.5%, performance efficiency percentage variable is 84.53%, and maintainability percentage variable is 81.36%, it can be concluded the information system as a whole has been feasible to be used with the average criteria or has a good interpretation.
