Abstract

Nusantara Ojek or NUJEK is an online transportation that provides several services such as motorcycle taxis, car taxis, ordering food, delivery services, and others. Currently, Nujek is an online motorcycle taxi that is quite widely used by the people of Banyumas, especially Purwokerto. The researcher chose to conduct an analysis of the user satisfaction of the Nujek application, to find out how satisfied the users were for the Nujek application. Researchers analyzed using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method. This method analyzes based on several Variabels, namely content, accuracy, appearance, ease of use and timeliness. The object of this research is Amikom University Purwokerto students with a total of 87 respondents who were taken randomly. This analysis was carried out using the distribution of questionnaires and percentages through a Likert scale. The results of this study indicate that the Variabels of accuracy, ease of use and appearance have a significant effect on user satisfaction. While the Variabels of content and timeliness have no effect on user satisfaction.
