ANALISIS TINGKAT KEPUASAN PENGGUNA SISTEM INFORMASI PENDAFTARAN ONLINE MENGGUNAKAN METODE PIECES FRAMEWORK (Studi Kasus : Rumah Sakit Wijayakusuma Purwokerto)

The use of an information technology in the agency can be seen whether it is in accordance with the expectations and the interests and objectives of the use at the agency. Purwokerto Waijayakusuma Hospital in utilizing information technology presents an RSWK Registration application where patients can register online through the application. This study was conducted to evaluate the satisfaction of application users using the PIECES FRAMEWORK method with 6 variables, namely Performance. Information and Data, Economics, Control and Security, Efficiency and Service. Based on the results of research conducted on the overall validity test on all variables is valid. The sample used is 100 respondents with the hypothesis that the largest user satisfaction effect is the efficiency variable as much as 42.6% and the smallest variable effect is the control and security variable as much as 22% with the coefficient of determination showing that the percentage of the influence of the Performance variable is 48.3%, Information and Data 47.8%, Economic 45.7%, Control and Security by 55.1%, Efficiency by 54.5% and Service only affects 0.01%.
