EVALUASI KUALITAS LAYANAN WEBSITE MENGGUNAKAN METODE E-GOVQUAL DAN IMPORTANCE PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS (IPA) (Studi Kasus: SMA Negeri 1 Wangon)

The website is one of the uses of information technology and the internet, namely in the field of education by improving quality and service. Website is one of the most widely used types of services on the internet along with other types of services. SMA Negeri 1 Wangon is one of the institutions in the field of education that provides websites to provide profile and registration information. Utilization of the website can be said to be successful if the user or accessor is easy to access the information submitted. The purpose of this research is to produce an evaluation of the quality of website using the E-Govqual which consists of 6 dimensions, namely ease of use, trust, functionality of the interaction environment, reliability, content and appearance of information and citizen support and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) based on website of SMA Negeri 1 Wangon. In this study, the population and samples were taken from several students of SMA Negeri 1 Wangon resulting in 105 respondents. The whole calculation from the Importance Performance Analysis is related to the respondents' expectations that have been fulfilled, namely 90.84% and the expectations of respondents who have not been met, namely 9.16%. And from the Cartesian diagram Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) produces variables that have good quality and must be maintained, namely EU1, EU2, EU3, FIE1, RE1, RE2, RE3, CAI1, CAI2, CAI7, CS3 and CS4 variables. Meanwhile, the most important variables for improvement are FIE2, CAI1, CAI5 and CAI6 variables.
