EVALUASI KUALITAS WEBSITE MENGGUNAKAN METODE WEBQUAL 4.0 DAN IMPORTANCE PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS (IPA) (Studi Kasus: SMA Negeri 1 Kedungreja)

The rapid development of information and communication technology has made information very easy to access through various communication channels, especially at academic institutions in various ways. Supported by various advantages and advantages of the internet, including the relatively affordable cost of internet connection and the availability of unlimited information, the internet is now one of the main needs of society in meeting all needs related to the information that is out there. An example of the benefits of the internet is the popularity of websites, including the SMA Negeri 1 Kedungreja school that has implemented a website, where the function of the website is as information about the SMA Negeri 1 Kedungreja school which has an impact on schools, teachers and students. The quality of the website will greatly affect the level of user satisfaction itself. The higher the quality of a website, the more users will access the website. The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of website services for SMA Negeri 1 Kedungreja by measuring the assessment of website users on the level of performance (performance) and the level of importance (importance). The method in this study is the webqual 4.0 method which consists of three variables, namely usability, information quality, service interaction quality, this researcher also uses the IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) method. The population in this study were teachers and students with a sample of 89 respondents. The results of this study indicate that 93.37% of the website services of SMA Negeri 1 Kedungreja have met the respondents' expectations and from the results of the Cartesian Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) diagram it shows that the variables that are of good quality and must be maintained are US4, IQ1, IQ2, SIQ1, SIQ2, SIQ4, SIQ5, and SIQ6, because they have met the expected performance of respondents. While the variables that are considered important and are in priority for improvement are US2, US3, US5, IQ3, and IQ4.
