EVALUASI TINGKAT KEPUASAN PENGGUNA TERHADAP SISTEM INFORMASI AKADEMIK (SIAKAD) PADA SEKOLAH TINGGI TEKNIK WIWOROTOMO PURWOKERTO

In the study entitled Evaluation of User Satisfaction Levels with the Academic Information System (SIAKAD) at the Wiworotomo Purwokerto Technical College, this is a system for service academic activities that still have obstacles in its implementation, while in SIAKAD, further studies have not been carried out regarding user perceptions of the system used. is running, an evaluation is needed to determine the level of user satisfaction using the End User Computing Satisfacion (EUCS) method which aims to determine the level of user satisfaction with SIAKAD with its independent variables namely Content (X1), Accuracy (X2), Format (X3), Ease Of Use (X4), and Timeliness (X5) and the dependent variable is User Satisfaction (Y). Then the Kendall's Tau correlation test was carried out and the t and F test hypotheses were tested which were applied to 85 respondents. And the results of the Kendall's Tau correlation test show that there is a relationship between the variables X1, X2, X3, X4, X5 to Y with a significance value of <0.05. And there is a unidirectional and positive relationship with the correlation coefficient from X1 to Y is still considered to have a weak relationship. In this case, it is necessary to add or improve the X1 variable so that SIAKAD needs to be re-optimized so that it can be better understood and in accordance with the needs of the lecture process
