ANALISIS KEPUASAN PENGGUNA TERHADAP KUALITAS WEBSITE CBT PADA UJIAN SEKOLAH MENGGUNAKAN METODE WEBQUAL 4.0 (Studi Kasus: SMK Bina Karya 2 Karanganyar Kebumen)

Website CBT-based school exam website at Smk Bina Karya 2 Karanganyar Kebumen is one of the media websites used to carry out the School Examination, namely the CBT website. The concept of CBT is a computerized concept that is implemented through technological devices that are carried out simultaneously which allows schools to conduct online exams and tests that are connected to the internet network. One of the schools that uses the CBT website media in the implementation of the School Exam is SMK Bina Karya 2 Karanganyar Kebumen. The purpose of this study is to find out what factors influence user satisfaction on the quality of the CBT website on school exams at SMK Bina Karya 2 Karanganyar Kebumen using the Webqual 4.0 method, usability variables, information quality, service interaction and their effect on user satisfaction, either partially or simultaneously. . The method used to analyze the quality of the website is the WebQual 4.0 method. The results obtained in this study are partially service interactions which have a significant influence on user satisfaction. Simultaneous test of independent variables consisting of usability, information quality, and service interaction simultaneously have a significant effect on user satisfaction.
