Analisis Kepuasan Pengguna Sistem E- learning Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19

During the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia, all activities, especially in education, that the government urges the remote teaching and learning system, because to minimize the spread of the Covid-19 virus, the best solution so that learning activities continue to run smoothly is the e-learning system. . E-Learning system is a learning that is not bound by time using electronic devices connected to the internet network to obtain information resources. This study aims to compare the effectiveness of online and offline learning activities. In this study using the Denlone and Mclean method, there are four variables, namely system quality, information quality, service quality, and user satisfaction. The results of the research instrument test consisting of validity and reliability tests have a level of validity greater than 0.176 with a sig level of 5%. and the reliability obtained from each question with the test results level 0.6 is declared valid and reliable. Classical Assumption Test (Normality and Multicollinearity) in the Kolmogrov-Smirnov test that all variables have a probability value of 0.50 and more than 0.05. While multicollinearity in the VIF≤10 data test, it is said that there is no problem and is normal. Hypothesis Test T Test and the F test concluded that the independent variable had an effect on the dependent variable and the system was said to be good. The data collection method used is simple random sampling method. The objects in this study were teachers and students with 125 respondents who were taken at random and the results of the research were all variables were said to be valid, reliable, normal and all variables had an effect on user satisfaction.
