PENERAPAN CHATBOT PADA E-COMMERCE TOKO JAMU JAGO PRIMA BERBASIS ANDROID DENGAN PENDEKATAN NATURAL LANGUAGE PROCESSING

Jago Prima store is a shop that sells herbal medicines that are provided in the city of Purwokerto. Sales in the shop only serve sales and transactions by coming directly to the store so it is difficult for the store to serve customers from out of town and the system introduces its products to customers who only use posters, display products in the store and connect directly with shop sellers. purwokerto region. The purpose of this research is to produce an Android-based e-commerce application by utilizing chatbot at Jagoprima herbal shop to gain benefits from marketing and services. as a media to introduce its products and to facilitate customers to buy at Jago Prima stores. In making this application using Java as a programming language and Firebase as a database using Diagflow as a platform that provides Natural Language Processing (NLP) services. The system development method used in this study is a waterfall with analysis, design, coding, testing. Testing is done with two Alpha Testing and Beta Testing, Alpha testing functional system testing is running well, and Beta Testing is done using a questionnaire method for testing the system on end users, obtained a percentage of 87.56% category strongly agreed and the system is feasible to implement.
