EVALUASI KEPUASAN PENGGUNA APLIKASI SISTEM ADMINISTRASI KENDARAAN PAJAK ONLINE (SAKPOLE) MENGGUNAKAN METODE END USER COMPUTING SATISFACTION

The study conducted a sakpole application evaluation using the method end user computing satisfaction. The sakpole application is an android based application for facilitating middle-east Java in paying motor-vehicle taxes. The variables used in this end user computing satisfaction (eucs) are content, accuracy, format, ease of use and timeliness as a independent variable, and to user satisfaction as a dependent variable. The sample used in the study amounted to 348 people taken from the sakpole application collecting population at Google play store. For sample taking was done by a method of non-probability sampling with a type of sampling quota. This study used the quantitative research. In questionnaire's data collection, researchers use Google form to share with the responders. There are four significant variables to the user's satisfaction: accuracy, format ease of use and timeliness. As for variables the content affects insignificant satisfaction on the user's satisfaction.
