EVALUASI KUALITAS LAYANAN WEBSITE MENGGUNAKAN WEBQUAL 4.0 dan IMPORTANCE PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS (Studi Kasus: Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Banyumas)

Website is one type of service or facility provided by the internet which is most commonly used for various services in all fields. One of them is in the field of education, namely school. Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Banyumas for senior high school based on Islam which utilizes the website as a medium for delivering information related to Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Banyumas to students and prospective students. The quality of the site affects the level of user satisfaction. The better the quality of a website, the more users are interested in accessing the website. Indicators that influence it also need to be done for the website of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Banyumas. The purpose of this study is to look at the quality of the website of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Banyumas with measurements from the measurement of website users of performance levels and performance levels. interests (interests). The method in this research is the WebQual 4.0 method which consists of 3 variables, namely usability, information quality, quality of service interaction, this study also uses the IPA (Importance Performance Analysis) method. The population in this study were students, teachers, and the community with a sample of 94. The results showed that 89.57% of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Banyumas website services to respondents had been fulfilled and from the Cartesian Impotance Performance Analysis (IPA) diagram showed that the variables were of high quality. good and must be maintained are US1, US5, IQ5, SIQ1 and SIQ3, because they have met the expected performance of the respondents. Meanwhile, the variables that are important and are in priority for improvement are US4, US7, IQ1, IQ2, IQ3, and SIQ5.
