ANALISIS TINGKAT PENERIMAAN PENGGUNA APLIKASI GRAB MENGGUNAKAN METODE UTAUT

The Grab application is a mobile application that offers service offerings in the form of transportation services, food delivery services, courier services, and other services. Although this application has been downloaded 10 million times the Grab application still has shortcomings that are felt from the user side, such as the accuracy of the map when determining location is still lacking, in the GrabFood menu service section there are still many restaurants that do not see food menu pictures, customers lack understanding how how the Grab application works. Therefore, it is necessary to know the level of Grab application user acceptance to explain which Grab application is at which level from the user's side. The method used in this study is the UTAUT (Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology) method which is a standard in analyzing the level of user acceptance of information systems with tested variables, namely Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Condition, Behavioral Intention , and Use Behavior. The test was conducted on 106 respondents. The results of this study indicate that the variable that has the most significant influence value is the Behavioral Intention of 74.1% and the variable that has the least significance value is Social Influence of 35.4%.
