Abstract
Based on observational data through interviews with the resource person, Mr. Dwi Rahardjo, even though the economic situation in our country is in a downturn, he, the team and the community are still optimistic to get up. One of the strategies in the future to rise is by optimizing several sectors, one of which is media content in the form of animation. Optimizing social media content with animation is of course a lot of considerations, apart from attracting this content it is also very effective in attracting potential tourists. The story that will be appointed for animated content is to tell the origin of the historical story of Asmara Situk Hill, whose main character is the village head of Kalilunjar village by telling the romantic story of his love meeting with his wife in that place. The purpose of making this research is to create an attractive tourist location marketing media so that it can be used as a marketing medium and digital education to the public by the Bukit Asmara Tourism Object. The method used in system development in this study is the methodology of Luther Sutopo (1994), Binanto's (2010) version of multimeda development.
