MENGUKUR TINGKAT KESIAPAN SMA NEGERI 2 PURWOKERTO TERHADAP PENERAPAN KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

The world of education has a very important role as a medium for building quality human resources. Efforts to improve the quality of human resources in a company or organization requires the ability to manage and develop their knowledge. Especially in the world of schools, schools will have advantages if they have knowledge, both the knowledge inherent in the individual and the knowledge inherent in the school by applying KMS, but with this it is necessary to measure it first before implementing the knowledge management system so that it does not experience failure in implementation . The purpose of this study was to measure the level of readiness of SMA Negeri 2 Purwokerto in implementing a knowledge management system by providing recommendations for improvements to the application of a knowledge management system (KMS) in SMA Negeri 2 Purwokerto. The method used is to use the Knowledge Management Critical Success Factor mapping from David Skyrme and the level determination method from Rao. From the results of the measurement of the level of readiness for the implementation of Knowledge Management in SMA Negeri 2 Purwokerto it reached 80,44% or can be categorized as level 4 (Receptive). This can be stated that SMA Negeri 2 Purwokerto is ready and established in implementing the knowledge management system.
