ANALISIS TINGKAT KESUKSESAN SISTEM INFORMASI INLISLITE VERSI 3.0 ARPUSDA BANYUMAS MENGGUNAKAN MODEL DELONE DAN MCLEAN

The success of information technology systems in agencies can be seen whether it is in accordance with the expectations and interests of an agency. The Banyumas Regency ARPUSDA Office is a government agency that serves the community. In this study there were 97 respondents consisting of students, students, and the general public. The discussion of this research is more focused on the analysis of the INLISlite version 3.0 system. This study aims to determine the level of success of service information systems in the Regional Library of Banyumas Regency. One to measure the success of information systems using the DeLone and McLean methods. Hypothesis testing using correlation test. Based on the results of the study it was found that all variables were good with the eight hypotheses received and one rejected. (1) System quality has a significant effect on usage. (2) System Quality has a significant effect on user satisfaction. (3) Information quality has a significant effect on usage. (4) Information quality has a significant effect on user satisfaction. (5) Service quality has a significant effect on usage. (6) Service quality has a significant effect on user satisfaction. (7) Use has a significant effect on user satisfaction. (8) Use does not have a significant effect on net benefits. (9) User satisfaction has a significant effect on net benefits. The effectiveness of the DeLone and McLean method information system is quite empirically proven in the Banyumas Regency ARPUSDA Service
