PENERAPAN TEKNIK MOTION TRACKING ANIMASI 2D PADA PERANCANGAN VIDEO PROFIL BALAI LATIHAN KERJA CILACAP

Indonesia is the most populous country in the world with 264 million people. The number includes a workforce of 133.94 million in February 2018. The Indonesian government continues to try to reduce unemployment, one of which is through the vocational training center program spread throughout Indonesia. Central Java Province has a training place in the form of a Job Training Center located in the city of Cilacap. Based on data gathered at BLK offices and BLK Profile books, there are problems that are still the main task, including the lack of vocational interest the community is interested in in training. So the work target of the training center must disseminate profile information, vocational training, and facilities available to the wider community. For these reasons the author aims to help BLK Central Java Province, located in Cilacap, by creating promotional media in the form of profile videos combining 2D animation with motion tracking techniques. The method used in making this promotional media is the method of interviews, observation, literature. The creation of new promotional media, namely 2D animation videos, this video is based on the BLK Profile book. This 2D animation video can be used as a media for promotion, information and counseling so that more and more communities will know the profile, vocational, activities, and facilities provided by BLK Cilacap
