Abstract
Website-based information system as one of the facilities for students who are in the period of study at the university. One of them is the University of Amikom Purwokerto which uses an information system that uses a special website for student service centers for students to support learning activities and learning evaluation. This study aims to analyze the satisfaction of student service centers at the University of Amikom Purwokerto using the TAM method.This research was conducted using quantitative research methods, with the population being Amikom Purwokerto University students. Sampling with simple random sampling, so the study used 286 respondents. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 22.0 software and data analysis techniques in this study used the F-test and T-test.From the discussion it can be concluded in the validity test, all variables are valid with values> 0.138. And in the reliability test the results are reliable in both categories. In the T-Test, the user comfort variable and user perception variable agree on user satisfaction. In the F-Test, the variables of convenience and perceptions of simultaneous user use have a frequency with user satisfaction.
