Puskesmas 1 Sokaraja is a regeneration of functional health which is a center of community health development that also fosters community participation and provides comprehensive and integrated services to the community in its work area in the form of main activities, but at Puskesmas 1 Sokaraja there are problems regarding the implementation of a schedule of services that are less informative. The purpose of this research is to make a 3D animated video as a media information service schedule with rigging techniques. The system development method used is the method according to M, Suyanto. This research begins with coherent stages such as pre-production, production and post-production. The results in the form of 3D animation as a media schedule information in mp4 format.
