APLIKASI MANAJEMEN SURAT DALAM PENGELOLAAN ARSIP BERBASIS WEBSITE (Studi Kasus: Kantor Kelurahan Purwanegara, Purwokerto Utara)

Filing is a means used by each agency office especially Purwanegara Village Office, North Purwokerto. Filing is something that can not be separated from an organization or institution, the large number of letters made and received administrative section so that the archive has such an important role. Village of Purwanegara, in records management is still using the conventional way, ie store the archive in the filing cabinet, and notes to the book reports so accuracy can still be said to be poor and have difficulty in collecting data and preparing reports. To that made Application Management Letter manage archives of letters, which will simplify and structured in the search data and preparing reports. This application is designed using PHP and MySQLi and Materialize CSS Framework to enhance the appearance and make the website to be responsive. Because the web-based, application filing it has the ability to be accessed anywhere and anytime as long as it is connected to the Internet network, administrators can manage the user login that can add, edit, delete and store incoming and outgoing mail, can do a search incoming and outgoing mail, backup data, and make reports. This study uses qualitative research methods with data collection techniques namely observation, interviews, and documentation studies and system development methods used are the waterfalls. The results obtained from the implementation of Mail Management Application that is expected to help the Village Purwanegara in the process of archival data and preparing reports.
