Abstract

Hospital management information system (SIMRS) is a way to present information that is accurate, timely and in accordance with needs in the process of providing hospitals. One of them is Siti Aminah Muhammadiyah Bumiayu Hospital that uses and provides hospital management information systems in this case as media information and to support the management process activities in hospitals. This study aims to analyze the satisfaction of hospital management (SIMRS) at Muhammadiyah Siti Aminah Bumiayu Hospital using the Mc Lean and DeLone methods. This research was conducted using quantitative research methods, with participation were employees of Muhammadiyah Siti Aminah Bumiayu Hospital. Sampling with simple random sampling, so that the study used 80 respondents. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 22.0 software and data analysis techniques in this study used the F-test and T-test. From the results of the conclusions can be concluded in the validity test, all variables are valid with a value> 0.220. In the T-test, system quality variables and service quality variables affect user satisfaction, while information quality variables do not conflict with user satisfaction. In the F-Test, the variables of system quality, service quality, and information quality simultaneously have an influence on user satisfaction.
