PENERAPAN KONSEP MODEL VIEW CONTROLLER (MVC) PADA PEMBUATAN APLIKASI PENDATAAN KEANGGOTAAN ONLINE DAN INFORMASI REAL ESTAT INDONESIA (REI) JAWA TENGAH BERBASIS WEB (Studi Kasus REI Komisariat Banyumas Raya)

REI is the association of Indonesian Real Estate Companies which consists of thousands of small-scale developers throughout the archipelago who have successfully performed skillfully, including as government partners under the auspices of KEMENPERA (Ministry of Housing) in housing development in Indonesia. In fact REI has been active in the vibrant realty and property industry, especially in the construction of settlements in Indonesia. In order to optimize its performance, REI opened a new office in Purwokerto under the name REI Banyumas Raya Commissariat which covers 4 districts, namely Banyumas, Purbaligga, Cilacap and Banjarnegara Regencies. The registration process in REI is still manual, because the developers who will register must register directly with the REI office for filling out forms that are still manually writing hands, checking the requirements file with a manual system, manual recording and documentation in Microsoft Office and handwriting so that it is less systematic and efficient , and the error rate (human error) will be higher. The purpose of this study is to facilitate REI secretarial staff in data collection, management and filing REI membership files to be faster, more precise, accurate and efficient, to design and build a website-based Banyumas Raya REI information system, and to provide the licensing information for developers and housing information for the community. Data collection methods used are, observation, interviews, and documentation. The system development used in this study uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) system development. The results of this study are online membership and information membership applications Real Estate Indonesia (REI) web-based Banyumas Raya Commissariat to facilitate REI secretarial staff in data collection, management and filing REI membership files to make them faster, more precise, accurate and efficient, REI Commissariat information system Banyumas Raya which contains licensing information for developers and housing information for the community, and the system has been running as expected and easy to use.
