Abstract

The development of technology today is very influential on the use of computer equipment in various fields. Computers originally only used by business people, now widely used in various fields, government agencies and private, industrial and service companies and all sectors that exist today have been using computers as a tool to support data processing and information. On the basis of this research is made to be able to make digital media as a supporter as well as alternative learning for children. Methods of data collection used were observation, interview and documentation study method. Applications created developed by Multimedia Development Life Cycle method (MDLC) which has several stages of concept, design, material collection, manufacture, and testing. The results of testing methods of learning in digital with educational games able to answer the problems contained in the elementary school with special needs in students with hearing impairment.
