Abstract
Information system strategy planning is a set of long-term goals that describe the system requirements and information technology architecture to achieve company goals. UD. Putra Satria Lancar Wangon is a company engaged in the establishment of plywood in 2017. Marketing for the company is currently not yet applied information system media to support corporate marketing which causes marketing at this time to experience instability in terms of company revenue. To develop an information system strategic planning document, an appropriate and effective method is needed, Ward and Peppard is a method used in conditions in which SI / IT investments in the past are less useful for the organization's business objectives and capture business opportunities, and phenomena increase the competitive advantage of an organization because it is able to utilize the IS / IT to the fullest. Analysis tools used are SWOT, Value Chain, PEST, Porter 's Five Porters and Mc Farlan Strategic Grid
