Abstract
The human error factor is one of the factors that can lead to many problems, such as the occurrence of data errors, errors and errors in recording, calculation of stock items and damaged notes. The purpose of this research is to make a design of POS (Point of Sale) application at Gift Shop that can be used to assist in transaction activities, making reports and checking the amount of stock and profits obtained. Data collection methods used are interviews, observation, study documentation and library studies. While the research method uses the waterfall method. The results of this study are successfully made a POS (Point of Sale) application at the Karunia Shop that can meet store needs in order to minimize errors. Racang builds an application that has been made testing with the shop and is in accordance with what is expected by the store
