AUDIT TATA KELOLA TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN FRAMEWORK COBIT 5 (Studi Kasus: Perpustakaan Universitas Amikom Purwokerto)

This research discusses the Information Technology Governance Audit at Amikom Purwokerto University Library using the COBIT 5 framework. The results of this audit shows the condition of delivery, service, and support in the governance of Amikom Purwokerto University Library as a reference for improving the performance of IT Governance in the future. This research focuses on the DSS (Deliver, Service and Support) domain which consists of sub-domains DSS01, DSS02, DSS03, DSS05, and DSS06. Data was collected through interviews and questionnaires to determine the current Capability Level and compare other references to the COBIT 5 standard at Amikom Purwokerto University Library in accordance with the business standards that have been implemented. The average result of IT Governance at Amikom Purwokerto University Library for the DSS (Deliver, Service and Support) domain is 3.86, so that the process in information technology has reached Capability Level 4 (Predictable Process) and from the results of GAP analysis within the scope of the DSS domain obtained a score of 0.14. Therefore, a specialized team of auditors is needed to evaluate the condition of information technology and provide general recommendations to improve the quality of IT Governance at Amikom Purwokerto University Library in the future.
