Abstract

Changes in bank services from conventional to digitalization can change user behavior in using mobile banking. It is possible that mobile banking services still have problems or problems in their use. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of perceived usefulness and perceived convenience on BRImo mobile banking user behavior, to determine the role of demographics as a moderating variable in the relationship between perceived usefulness, perceived convenience and user behavior. This research method uses the PLS method through Warp PLS 7.0 software and SPSS software using data from the distribution of questionnaires to BRImo users totaling 100 respondents. The results of this study indicate that perceived usefulness and perceived convenience have a positive and significant effect on BRImo user behavior. The results of testing the moderating variable on the perceived usefulness variable showed that age, education and place of residence did not act as moderating variables for perceived usefulness, while gender played a role as a moderator for perceived usefulness. In terms of perception of convenience, age, gender and place of residence do not act as moderating variables for perception of convenience, while education acts as a moderating variable for perception of convenience.
