Abstract

Digital Business Study Program website is a website that is utilized by the Digital Business Study Program as a digital marketing medium for disseminating information, this website has poor clarity in conveying information., it affects user satisfaction when accessing the website. Therefore user experience is needed to determine the core problems that users feel when using the website through the application of design thinking. Data collection was carried out through observation, questionnaires and work on project assignments. The research method used is a quantitative method with a total of 66 respondents. The purpose of this research was to analyze and determine the effect of the level of ease in terms of learnability, efficiency and memoriability on the level of user satisfaction (satisfaction) on the Digital Business Study Program website using the single ease question (SEQ) method and the System Usability Scale (SUS). The results of this study indicate that the single ease question (SEQ) method can be used as a tool to measure the level of convenience with a result of 6.56 and the System Usability Scale (SUS) method can be used as a tool to measure the level of satisfaction with a result of 87.25. The results of this study indicate that the ease of using the Digital Business Study Program website affects the level of user satisfaction with the website.
