PENGUJIAN USABILITY APLIKASI PEMENDEK UNIFORM RESOURCE LOCATOR (URL) ITTP.LINK MENGGUNAKAN METODE SYSTEM USABILITY SCALE (SUS) (Studi Kasus: IT Telkom Purwokerto)

Ittp.link is a Uniform Resource Locator (URL) shortening application created by the innovation center of the Institut Teknologi Telkom Purwokerto (ITTP) which can be used by ITTP lecturers and academic support staff to shorten URLs that are official in nature from institutions. The first and simplest benefit of shortening links is that they are easier to remember. Utilization of URL shortening applications can also be used for link masking or link beautification. In addition, ITTP.link is also used to secure official information so that the number of link makers, the number of link visitors can be tracked, and it is easier to manage link changes (large links) of the original link without changing the short link address. ITTP.link is used by ITTP lecturers and academic support staff every day, both for announcement links, links on posters and links that are spread to external parties. The problem encountered in optimizing the Ittp.link URL shortener application is related to usability. The purpose of this study is to determine the usability value of the Ittp.link URL shortening application using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. Based on the results of testing the questionnaire using SPSS software, it was found that the questionnaire used for this study was valid and the level of reliability was 0.829. Based on the results of system testing on 68 respondents, the average score of SUS was 67.17. Indicates that the level of acceptance is in the "high marginal" category, the grade scale is in the "D" category and the adjective rating in the category is "ok". Based on the Net Promoters Scale (NPS), it shows that users of the Ittp.link URL shortening application are in the Neutrals category.
