ANALISIS KEPUASAN PENGGUNA APLIKASI ANDALUSIA BROADCAST MENGGUNAKAN METODE PIECES

In the field of education, one of the schools that has implemented information technology to overcome existing problems is the Andalusian Islamic High School. One of the uses of the internet is as a communication medium, namely the use of the Andalusian broadcast application at the Andalusian Islamic High School Kebasen. Andalusian Broadcasting is an application that is used to provide information to parents such as billing information, grade promotions, student lists and other information. Before implementing information technology, Andalusia Islamic High School faced various kinds of obstacles, among others, billing information was only announced at the time of grade promotion and when students graduated. So the slow information is piling up and getting bigger. Andalusia broadcasting has been implemented for a long time but this application has never felt user satisfaction from the parents of students whether the application can solve problems related to information dissemination. This study uses the PIECES method because by using PIECES as a system analysis tool, a detailed and comprehensive system is required to receive special attention, so that the strengths and weaknesses of the system can be identified and used as a reference for further school progress. The conclusion in this study is that performance, security and effectiveness have an effect on user satisfaction while for other PIECES variables studied, information, economy and service have no effect on user satisfaction and if all variables are tested simultaneously, all these variables have a simultaneous effect of 73 ,6% seen from the value of R SQUAre obtained at the time of testing.
