ANALISIS SENTIMEN APLIKASI VIDEO CONFERENCE PADA TWITTER DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE K-NEAREST NEIGHBOR

Video conference is a service that can be used to communicate face to face. Zoom Cloud Meeting is one of the most popular video conferencing applications in Indonesia. Many comparisons of video conferencing applications nowadays make users of the quality between applications. Therefore, a lot of users write opinions on social media such as Twitter. The purpose of this study is to see how to implement sentiment analysis using the K-Nearest Neighbor method. This study uses the K-Nearest Neighbor method with a dataset of 359 with 105 positive sentiments and 122 negative sentiments resulting in an accuracy of 55.88%.
