Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze how the level of user satisfaction with a mobile application, namely Grab Food, is being used and to find out what factors affect the level of satisfaction of users of the Grab Food application. The object of this research is the Grab Food application in Purbalingga. The research is based on the importance of analyzing user satisfaction on applications for the development of a system. The method used in this research is End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). The EUCS method consists of five independent variables, namely content, accuracy, format, easy of use and timeliness and one dependent variable, namely end user satisfaction. Results of the analysis obtained a correlation coefficient of 87%. That is, there is a statistically positive relationship between content, accuracy, format, easy of use and timeliness and end-user satisfaction. If each variable has a higher correlation, it will increase the satisfaction of users of the Grab Food application in Purbalingga.
