Abstract
JKN mobile application is an android based application to make it easier for people to use the national health assurance services for health services (BPJS Kesehatan). There are problems with the application such as difficulty logging in, registering as a new participant, changing participant data and difficulties in using other services in the application. The purpose of this research was to discover and analyze the satisfaction of Mobile JKN users by using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method. There are 5 independent variables used content, format, ease of use, and timeliness, and the dependent variable that is user satisfaction. The sample used was 100 of the respondents taken from the population, the number of people downloading mobile apps at Google Playstore. Taking samples using the simple random sampling method, and the collection of questionnaires is done using the Google Form distributed to the responders. The results derived in this study are 4 variables that do not significantly affect the user's satisfaction: content, accuracy, format, and ease of use, and only variable timeliness has a significant impact on user satisfaction.
