Abstract
Pangebatan Village is one of the villages included in the Karanglewas District, Banyumas Regency. Based on the existing data, the authors see that the utilization of information technology in the public service process has not been maximized. The process of community complaints in Pangebatan village is still done manually, this causes delays in the service process provided to the community related to the problems that occur. Therefore, it is necessary to have a website as an effort to improve public services. The purpose of this research is to produce a website in Pangebatan Village to be able to assist in managing complaints and responses so that they become more effective and efficient. The method used in making public complaints applications is the waterfall with stages consisting of analysis, design, coding, testing, and supporting stages. Testing the application using a black box is in accordance with the test plan and required specifications, so it can be concluded that this public complaint application can be used to help manage the complaint and response process in Pangebatan Village.
