Abstract
Social distancing regulations were implemented due to the pandemic in various countries including Indonesia which resulted in people's activities being limited and replaced with online activities where all work and school were carried out remotely, not face to face. In the world of education carried out remotely using Google Classroom. The existence of a pandemic due to the Covid-19 virus has changed the world of education starting from the learning process, which is usually done in class face-to-face, but since the pandemic it has changed to online learning (in a network). Teachers, students and parents are required to be able to present an effective and active learning process even though it is carried out from their respective homes. With Google Classroom, teachers can take advantage of distance learning during this pandemic. This study aims to determine how satisfied students are using Google Classroom for online learning during the pandemic, this method is quantitative using the WebQual 4.0 model by distributing questionnaires to students at SMK N 1 Purwokerto. The results of this study show there are three main variables, namely Usability Quality, Information Quality and Service Interaction Quality, providing information that has a positive influence on user satisfaction.
