EVALUASI USABILITY PADA WEBSITE UNIVERSITAS AMIKOM PURWOKERTO

The Purwokerto Amikom University website is a means of delivering information related to the academic community at the University, one of which is to provide convenience for lecturers, students, and the wider community. However, the Analytics results from the website's bounce rate reached 70.41%, this shows that the website has a poor bounce rate and needs to do a usability evaluation. This study aims to evaluate the website of the University of Amikom Purwokerto using usability testing and the SUS (system usability scale) method in order to know the usability value and identify weaknesses or deficiencies on the website. The results obtained after conducting the evaluation show usability problems found on the website such as errors in the campus archive feature which cannot be accessed when participants change the website to English and the location of the download service which is considered quite difficult to find. The results from the effectiveness aspect on average reached 85% of the 5 task scenarios carried out, time-based efficiency got a value of 0.04 tasks per second, overall relative efficiency got an overall average value of 72.4% which means the test is quite efficient, while the results of the evaluation using the System Usability Scale to determine the value of user satisfaction got a score of 61.5 indicating it was in Grade D and in the acceptability range category it was in the "Low Marginal" range which means the system is acceptable, but user acceptance of the website is still relatively low and still need to be developed for better reception results..
