Abstract
The website is now widely used to shared information. Because a website is a collection of web pages, which are usually summarized in a domain or subdomain, which is precisely on the World Wide Web (www) on the internet. Increasing the presence of the internet however must be integrated with board design sophistication or considerations in terms of usability. This increase makes the website an inseparable part of the organization or company in terms of services for users, including the school website namely SMA Negeri 1 Bumiayu. Website services for SMA Negeri 1 Bumiayu need to be measured to find out the advantages and disadvantages of a website the can later improve service quality. In this study, the quality of website services at SMA Negeri 1 Bumiayu was measured using the Webqual 4.0 method. Webqual is a method that assesses the quality of a website according to the perspective of end users. Data on service quality was obtained from quistionnaires which then the result were analyzed using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Data obtained by the sample amonted to 100 respondents using questionnaire. From the result of evaluations conducted from 22 variabels there are 3 variabels whose performance good an need to be maintained and 8 variabels whose performance and expectations are not good and need improvement.
