PERANCANGAN MASTER PLAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI PADA DINAS KOMUNIKASI DAN INFORMATIKA PURBALINGGA

DINKOMIFO Purbalingga is a Regional Apparatus Organization in charge of information dissemination. In order to realize quality services for the community, the Communication and Informatics Office of Purbalingga Regency has used information system technology to serve the community and the needs of other service offices, but the existing systems have not been integrated with one another, which causes additional personnel to monitor and evaluate the use of the system. Compared with integrated systems because the data is centralized into one, such as the MATURBUP system currently used, it is not integrated with other systems, so if the Office wants to integrate all existing systems, it must connect the existing system. The research objective was to design the Information Technology Master Plan at the Purbalingga Communication and Information Office. The model used refers to the Ward and Peppard model. The IT Master Plan produced several information system proposals, namely SI financial system reporting, SI monitoring and application control, development of online public service SI, web / android-based reporting SI, development of village administration systems (Digital villages), development of integrated personnel applications, development of data centers integrated, employee monitoring system development, e-office development, online licensing license, digital content development (promotion), asset management SI
