PERENCANAAN STRATEGIS SISTEM INFORMASI PADA CV. SMART TOUR 99 PURWOKERTO

Important and urgent information needs in line with the current globalization that occurs throughout the world. In a corporate environment, computers are tools that are absolutely necessary. The application of computer-based information system becomes an absolute necessity and can provide a competitive advantage so that it gets high priority. Companies that need to implement IT in supporting their business processes are tourism service bureaus. One of the tourism service bureau that needs to implement IT is CV. SMART Tour 99 Purwokerto. CV. SMART Tour 99 Purwokerto is located on Karangkobar Gang 99 Sokanegara Street, East Purwokerto Subdistrict, Banyumas Regency. The purpose of this research is to produce strategic planning of information systems that are in line with the company’s business strategy that can provide competitive advantage in business competition. The method used in planning is the method from Ward and Peppard with the tools used are SWOT, Value Chain, Porter’s Five Competitive Forces, and McFarlan Strategic Grid. This research produces proposals in the form of information system portfolios, websites and implemtation plants.
