The process is still being carried out by inputting the employee's work goals into Microsoft Excel and due to the large amount of data. If the data is not managed properly, thoroughly and regularly, it will cause a problem. In addition, the documentation is not optimal, so files can be easily lost and damaged. Archiving that is still done by writing to excel and is still slow, and searching for the data if at any time needed will take a long time because looking one by one looking in the ledger, and place storage (warehouse) that is getting full. Making and Implementing Website-Based Employee Work Target Information Systems at the Faculty of Law, Jenderal Soedirman University aims to make it easier for managers to use information systems that are tailored to existing needs and simplify performance so as to minimize time and increase work efficiency. In developing this system, the method used is the waterfall method, this is because computer information systems have very complex functions so that their development requires a full analysis of the user's needs for the operating system to the important features that the system must have. the. It is hoped that the creation and application of this information system can make it easier for data managers to be more efficient in terms of time and energy, and faster in managing employee performance documents at the Faculty of Law, Jenderal Soedirman University.
