ANALISIS KEPUASAN PENGGUNA SISKEUDES DI KABUPATEN PURBALINGGA MENGGUNAKAN METODE EUCS

The information and communication technology (ICT) is a characteristic that must be possessed in all modern organizations in the world today, including government organizations. As has been done by the Village Government in Purbalingga Regency. This study aims to analyze the user satisfaction of the SISKEUDES application using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method. With 5 variables, namely the content (content), accuracy (accuracy), format (format), time (timeliness) and the ease of use of the system (ease of use). The sample used was 74 respondents with a significance value of 10% error. The results of this study indicate that partially there are three variables that do not affect SISKEUDES user satisfaction, namely the content variable, accuracy variable and format variable, while the other two variables affect SISKEUDES user satisfaction, namely the easy of use variable and the timelines variable.
