EVALUASI TATA KELOLA TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI MENGGUNAKAN FRAMEWORK COBIT 5.0 FOKUS PADA APO04 (MANAGE INOVATION) (Studi Kasus: Objek Wisata Air Purbalingga Owabong)

Bojongsari Water Attraction or famous as “Owabong” is one of best Water Attraction in Central Java. In order to maintain its reputation management always creates innovation, one of them by utilizing Information Technology. Manifestation of the utilization of Information Technology is procurement “Stato” Information System dan company website. But in application Information Technology has not yet reached the goals management wants to achieve because some problem like an online sales system is not yet available and the Information System that management uses only covers the financial department. Therefore the purpose of this research is evaluating and providing recommendations of the effectiveness and efficiency of innovation using the COBIT 5.0 framework which focuses on Align, Plan and Organise (APO) especially APO04 process. The stage of this research is initiation, Planning the Assessment, Briefing, Data Collection, Data Validation, Process Attribute Level, and Reporting the Result. To find out the results and Capability Level of domain APO04 using the guttman scale which results in current conditions (as is) at level 2 (managed process). As for the expected conditions (to be) are level 3 (established process) recommended for the policy to be operated so the work done is able to reach prescribed expectations. To overcome the gap, then recommendations are made so that Capability Level targets are achieved. The recommendation given is to make an innovation development plan and monitoring the results of the implementation of innovation.
