Abstract

Sansan Boutique Wangon is one of the businesses engaged in services in Wangon. Sansan Boutique Wangon did promotions through word of mouth marketing, and several social media, social media used included personal whatsapp from the owner of Sansan Boutique Wangon and Facebook with the username Sansan Boutique Wangon. With the fierce competition among businesses engaged in sewing services in the District of Wangon, the Sansan Boutique Wangon currently does not pay too much attention to the business model they are using, and this makes the service provided by Sansan Boutique Wangon less to their customers. This study aims to conduct a website design using the Value Proposition Canvas method. This research does not discuss increasing sales because the website only reaches the design stage. The method used in this study is the value proposition canvas where this method aims to find a match between what is provided by the owner and what the customer wants. The results of this study are website design using the value proposition canvas method.
