ANALISIS TINGKAT PENERIMAAN SISTEM OPERASIONAL APLIKASI MENGGUNAKAN METODE UNIFIED THEORY OF ACCEPTANCE AND USE OF TECHNOLOGY (Studi Kasus: PT. Swadharma Sarana Informatika sentra operasi Cilacap)

PT.Swadharma Sarana Informatika is a private company engaged in the management services of Automated Teller Machine (ATM) owned by PT.BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia.tbk) The system used at PT.Swadharma Sarana Informatika uses a Website-based Operational Application System (SOA), when implementation was still experiencing various obstacles experienced by employees of PT. Sadadharma Sarana Informatika in the implementation of input there were complaints by users or users of SOA, within a period of two months it was often slow in responding to it because the data on the server was full so it was necessary to back up the data server by the central SOA maintenance team, when the server used to manage the resource has a problem it will stop all activities on the network from the problem, the researchers use the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) method used to identify the level of user acceptance at sister tem. The results of this study indicate that four independent variables have been proven that these variables significantly influence the intentions of the perpetrators. This is consistent with the results of the partial test. In the partial test, the result of the Tcount value of each variable is greater than Ttable, where the Tcount value of the Peformance Expectancy variable is 11,632, Effort Expectancy is 9,379, Social Influence is 11,152, Faciliating Condition is 10,265. it can be concluded that SOA user acceptance has the greatest significant effect influenced by the Peformance Expectancy factor on behavioral intention because the correlation value of determination is 70%.
