Abstract
If the company has just established or launched a product, then there are several solutions to introduce a company's products and bring the company to the customer, namely through sales promotion and website. With the sales promotion service sales or the introduction of a product can be done directly by reaching customers wherever located, and with the E-commerce can help and dig deeper about the company either promotion services or products offered, even job information and detail company information , one of the websites as a promotional medium, offers a relatively efficient cost associated with the reach of the area with the greatest optimization. Gerai Athaya is one of the businesses that will try to apply the e-commerce model. In 2018, Gerai Athaya Cilacap plans to increase sales of its products, based on sales in 2017 reaching 100-800 units, with the product range of hoods, gamis, muslim clothes and muslimah, therefore, needed a communication medium as well as media product sales which will increase sales and improve customer satisfaction, because customers can always update product information and can see the products generated through the website.
