PROTOTYPE E-RETRIBUSI PASAR BERBASIS CLIENT TO SERVER (Studi Kasus : Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah Pasar Wilayah Purwokerto I Pasar Wage)

Market levies or market service levies are one type of public service levies whose existence is quite utilized by the public. The importance of managing market levies includes managing trader data, the processing of market fund income can affect revenue to total market revenue and as a comparison of the previous year's revenue target. Wage Market UPTD is included in 5 large-scale markets (Type A) in Banyumas Regency with a market levy management system that is still handwritten, resulting in a process of finding data and making reports less efficient, both in terms of time and data collection. These problems, it is proposed to make a prototype of client-to-server market e-retribution as a supporting tool in order to improve the effectiveness of the performance of employees and the management process of retribution. The data collection methods used in the preparation of this thesis are Observation, Literature Study, Interview and Documentation. The proposed application was developed using a prototype software development model and tools used, namely Android Studio with Java-based Java programming language and MySQL database. This prototype is able to increase the utilization of computer facilities in the Wage Market UPTD as an application that can facilitate data processing and presentation of reports that are effective and efficient for employees / staff / leaders in managing retribution revenue.
