Abstract

SMK Kesatrian Purwokerto is one of the private schools in Purwokerto which has quite a number of employees. This has a big influence on the school, especially when handling attendance because the number of employees is not small, so it requires the management of data that is really thorough. From the management of the data will produce a good report information. Attendance system at SMK Kesatrian Purwokerto still uses facilities manually. Where the system is still using document management. Schools still experience many obstacles in the process of data collection and employee absenteeism, including the process of filling employee data for a long time, because it is done by manually recording. This study aims to examine the Satisfaction of the Presence Information System through the DeLone and McLean Model Approach in 2003. The variables used in this study are system quality, information quality, service quality, and user satisfaction. The object of this study is the Attendance Information System at SMK Kesatrian Purwokerto. The subjects of this study were employees of SMK Kesatrian Purwokerto as users of 40 respondents using saturated sampling techniques. Data collection techniques in this study used questionnaires that were distributed directly to respondents. Data analysis using SPSS version 24. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant influence between (1) system quality with user satisfaction (2) information quality with user satisfaction (3) service quality with user satisfaction and (4) significant influence simultaneously between system quality, information quality, service quality to user satisfaction. The results of this study indicate that the presence information system used by employees of the Purwokerto Kesatrian Vocational School succeeded in implementing this matter as indicated by a high assessment by employees of the attendance information system used.
