PERENCANAAN STRATEGIS SISTEM INFORMASI UNTUK MENINGKATKAN PELAYANAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE WARD AND PEPPARD (Studi Kasus : RSU Santa Maria Cilacap)

Some of the problems of the service system that is being used by the Santa Maria Cilacap Hospital are that online registration only uses WhatsApp which results in the accumulation of registrant data so that the registration process takes a long time. By simply using WhatsApp, information services about the latest doctor schedules, patient medical records, information about the availability of inpatient rooms, information about the list of doctors and specialists and information about registration of outpatients and inpatients can not be served. If there are patients who register from outside the area, access to hospital information is limited. The information system strategy must be carried out using the Ward and Peppard method with SWOT analysis techniques (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunity, Threat) and IT Balance Scorecard (BSC) to improve the performance of Santa Maria Hospital business activities. The results of this study are proposals and recommendations in the form of a portfolio to Santa Maria Cilacap General Hospital in developing business processes that are run and how information systems can support existing business processes.
