The property booking process that occurs is still using the manual method or via telephone and Whatsapp so it saves less time because they have to send a property type model to the customer. Therefore, in order to help improve the quality of the business management system, the purpose of this study is to create an android application as a booking medium at Property Diar that can assist marketing in property rental and sales. The application created with the SDLC system development model is a waterfall. Data collection methods used are literature study, observation, and interview. The results of this study are M-Commerce applications can make it easier for people to find information and book property easily
